GREAT FOOD & WINE SHARES A STORY

Food, wine and love are three things that have been intertwined throughout history. These three things have a way of bringing loves, friends and family together to create unforgettable experiences. Food and wine are often associated with bonding, romance and intimacy, and for good reason but for social sharing and celebration too. Sharing a meal with someone be that friends, family or our dearest person is a universal expression of friendship, love and connection.

Food is one of the most basic human needs, but it is also so much more than that. It has the power to evoke memories, emotions, and even spark conversations. When we share a meal with someone, we are sharing a part of ourselves. We are inviting them into our world and showing them what we like and what we value. Sharing a meal for someone shows that we care enough to invest time and effort into something that will nourish them both physically and emotionally. 

Wine is another element that can add to the experience of food and love. Wine has a long history of being associated with romance, celebration and camaraderie and for good reason. The act of sharing a bottle of wine with someone is a way to slow down and enjoy the moment. It allows us to savor the flavors and aromas of the wine and appreciate the company of the person we are sharing it with. Wine also has a way of relaxing us and opening us up to new experiences, making it the perfect companion for a meal with those that are close to you.

Love for friends, family or that special person, of course, is the driving force behind it all. Love is what inspires us to share a special meal, to choose the perfect bottle of wine, and to share those things with someone we care about. Love is what makes the experience of food and wine so much more meaningful. When we share a meal with someone we love, we are creating a memory that will last a lifetime. We are building a connection that goes beyond words and lasts beyond the moment.

Finally, food, wine, and love are three things that are intertwined in ways that are both simple and complex. They have the power to bring people together, to create unforgettable experiences, and to express affection and connection. Whether it’s a romantic dinner for two or a family or friend gathering, food and wine are a universal language of love that can bring joy and meaning to our lives.

What We Do

At Amor we are building a vibrant fare with Northwest ingredients but using the traditions of the great cuisine countries of the world: Spain, Italy, France, Morocco and more. We want you to experiment and try our tapas as part of your dining experience. Please order and entrée if you would like, but indulge in the tapas and the experience.

The small plate will be delivered table side for you to choose from and nosh throughout the night.

Please also spoil yourself with the ample purveyed wines from around the world. Our food is meant to be eaten with wine so also see our pairings. Warm yourself through our beautifully appointed dining room while you share the love of each other and your friends.
